Each session is designed to meet you where you are and help you move toward a healthier, more active life.
Here at Wellness Works we provide one-on-one, evidence-based rehabilitation grounded in movement, strengthening, and hands-on treatment.
No referral required (unless insurance dictates otherwise for reimbursement purposes-check with your individual insurance plan as this is a cash-based facility).

Find strength, flexibility, and calm through mindful movement. Our group yoga classes focus on breath, balance, and body awareness, offering a supportive space to reconnect with yourself and enhance your overall wellness

Massage Therapy
Rebalance your body and mind through intentional, therapeutic touch. Our massage therapy sessions are designed to ease tension, promote circulation, and support recovery—helping you feel grounded, relaxed, and restored. We offer custom massage sessions in 30,60, or 90 minute appointment slots as well as prenatal massage*
*Prenatal/ Pregnancy massage is only available to women past their first trimester of pregnancy to allow optimum safety and comfort for you and your baby.
