We offer physical therapy consultations and follow ups, yoga classes, and massage therapy sessions.
Massage services are divided by time allotted at whatever pressure/intensity you need. We also offer prenatal massage for clients who have completed their first trimester of pregnancy.
For physical therapy we treat a variety of conditions, please leave a note during the booking process to tell us what condition you are coming in to address.

For all appointment/class types we ask patrons to come dressed in loose and comfortable clothing that makes it easiest for you to move freely. If you are coming for physical therapy services in response to an injury we ask that you wear clothing that can easily be removed or adjusted so that the area can be clearly visualized and assessed in a private treatment space.

Your first visit is all about getting to know you and your goals. During your initial appointment, your physical or massage therapist will take time to learn about your health history, current concerns, and what you hope to achieve through therapy. A thorough movement and functional assessment will help identify areas of strength, imbalance, or limitation.
From there, you’ll discuss a personalized plan of care designed to meet your unique needs—whether your focus is recovery, improved mobility, balance, or overall wellness. You’ll likely begin some gentle, guided movement or hands-on treatment during this first session.
Our goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and confident about the next steps in your wellness journey.
