Physical Therapy

Meet Gabby Simoneau, DPT, LMT
Founder and owner of Wellness Works of Maine, Gabby brings over a decade of experience as a licensed massage therapist and nearly ten years as a practicing physical therapist. Her approach blends hands-on treatment, purposeful movement, and a deep commitment to helping individuals feel empowered in their bodies.
Gabby has worked with a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions and is passionate about (intentionally) supporting clients through injury recovery, chronic pain, and wellness goals to help patients get back to what matters most to them.
